My clinical work begins with the singularity of each individual. I am less interested in what people have in common than in what makes each person's experience unique.
Each session seeks to give space to what has not yet found its way into words.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. The frequency—usually weekly—is decided together, based on your needs and availability.
Yes. The therapeutic relationship and attentive listening are established just as effectively through video sessions, with the same confidentiality and professional standards as in-person appointments. It is a well-established option, especially for those living outside Brazil or with demanding schedules.
Yes. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made after that period may be subject to the session fee, as the appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Individual Analysis is an ongoing process with no predetermined end date, focused on deep self-understanding and lasting personal development. Brief Therapy is a structured, time-limited process—typically 10 to 16 sessions—focused on a specific issue, such as stress, work-related pressure, or a career transition. During our first conversation, we decide together which approach best suits your current needs. It is also possible to move from one approach to the other over time.
Brief Therapy is intended for people facing situations that require clarity in the present: work overload, burnout, starting a new position, leaving a company, difficult career decisions, or simply the need to talk through what they are experiencing before taking the next step.
Session rates are shared in the first conversation, which is free, online, and comes with no commitment — 30 minutes to get to know each other and understand what you're looking for. That's also when we define together the format, frequency, and schedule. Rates for weekly sessions are discussed individually.

I am a psychoanalyst and psychologist, offering in-person sessions in São Paulo and online sessions. My journey began at the age of 17, when I entered the Jean Piaget Institute. It was there that my interest in the study of the human mind first emerged—an interest that, over the years, deepened through psychoanalysis and clinical practice. Since then, the learning has never stopped: a university degree, several postgraduate programs—including Preventive Medicine, which broadened my understanding of health beyond illness—and decades of study, along a path that continues to evolve.
My work is rooted in the psychoanalytic tradition and has been enriched over the years through dialogue with different authors and clinical experiences. Freud's work remains a fundamental reference for understanding the unconscious and the practice of clinical listening. Jung expanded my perspective on the symbolic dimension of psychic life and the idea that symptoms may express an attempt at transformation. Lacan deepened my attention to language and to the ways it both reveals and conceals aspects of human experience. I have also learned from body-oriented therapies and group processes that psychological experience extends beyond words. These perspectives inform my work, but they are not applied as a fixed method. Every person brings a unique history, and it is within the therapeutic encounter that each path gradually takes shape.
Before dedicating myself fully to clinical practice, I built a career as an executive and entrepreneur. With further education in technology and innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), I experienced firsthand the demands of leadership, decision-making under pressure, high performance, and the constant changes of the professional world. I understand the emotional cost these demands can impose because I have lived them myself. This experience allows me to understand, with genuine proximity, the conflicts many people face between professional life, relationships, personal choices, and the search for a more meaningful way of living.
I have also been in therapy for many years. I know this process from the perspective of someone who sought help: the hesitation before beginning, the time some words need before they can be spoken, the periods of uncertainty, and the relief of finding a place where it is possible to be heard without haste, without judgment, and without the expectation of immediate answers. That experience has profoundly shaped the way I accompany those who come to my practice.
I offer therapy in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, both in person in São Paulo and online.
